I am a physician assistant who does house calls. I make visits to your home on an as-needed, and/or monthly basis. I can order labs, X-rays, etc, to your home along with home health nursing or therapy services.  We accept most Insurances and have a cash payment option as well.  I serve as a primary care provider, but also see patients upon discharge from the hospital or rehab if needed in the short term. MY DR NOW also has telemedicine visits available.
